A long standing request from our customers who have been using Profit Rhino's support phone line and chat service is the ability to submit support tickets and have a little more visibility on support requests that they've made.

Whether that's being able to submit a ticket because of a technical issue, or request a price book export.

I'm happy to say Profit Rhino has taken the first, and most important, step in that process. You can now submit a support ticket to Profit Rhino, using our chat system. Here's how it works:

  1. Anywhere on the Profit Rhino website, click the chat bubble on the bottom right.
  2. After doing so, you should see a button that says "Submit a Case".
  3. Select that button and you will be brought to a new page with a form on it.
  4. Fill that form out and your ticket will be sent to the Profit Rhino Support Queue.
