Adding Sales Tax On Your Work Orders

Where and how to add or change the sales tax rate that you need to charge your customers*

Log in to the web portal and go to My Account.

Then Tax.

Go to the Quote Builder Tax drop-down menu and choose Enabled.

Enter your sales tax rate under Default Tax Rate (%).

Click Save and resync your tablet.

If you deal with multiple tax rates, choose the more common one. You will be able to manually change the tax rate on the tablet if needed.

*This is only for people who are using the Profit Rhino mobile app. If you are importing our data into another field service software, you will have to set your tax rate within their system.
