With our latest update to Profit Rhino, we've added the ability to have a list of customers to choose from when creating quotes and invoices. These customers can be created right in the mobile tool and on the web portal, so you won't need to enter in customer information every time you want to create a new quote.

So, to get to this customer list, you'll need to do the following:

  1. Log into the mobile tool.

  2. On the home screen, you'll see the following button:

3. Clicking that button will bring you to the following screen where you can search for an existing customer, or create a new one. Note: Your customer list will never automatically generate, you will always be required to search by customer name or create a new customer.

Once you click create work order, you'll be brought to the work order screen with the customer information populated for you:
