Click the Customer button on the icon bar screen (far right) to navigate to the customer search screen.

2. Click the create customer button in the top right of the screen:

After you've done that, you'll be brought to a screen where you're asked to enter in the customer details. Any field marked with a red * means it is a required field and must be filled in. Though it is not required, we recommend you always get the customer's email address, otherwise you will not be able to email them any work orders.

After that, just click save and you'll be navigated to the customer details screen:
