The purpose of the internal note is to keep any additional notes that only the technicians can see, that may not be necessarily for the customer to view within the customers account.  For example, If there's a big dog that bites at a customers house, be a friend and make a note for next time! You may save your fellow technicians a scare when the door opens. Or maybe at this is a home you must park in road, or it is an elderly couple, and they take a little longer getting to the door.

Our internal note feature will relay any notes taken on a work order to the customer's master record. This way any notable information can be viewed by yourself or any other members of your company without having to search in every work order.

If you are looking at a specific work order in the web or the mobile app, the 'i' button will tell you if there is a note related to that record.
