A "Good, Better, Best" option can boost sales on any service call. In this article, you will learn how to setup those up by creating option labels.
Go to Option List under Manage Book.
And then Option Labels.
Once you click into that tab, you should see a list of already existing option labels and a button for adding new ones.
To add an option label:
If you want to add a new option board, click Add Option Label.
First, name your new board to help separate from other option boards.
After you've finished creating your option labels, you should see it on the list with the others.
To edit an option label:
If you simply want to edit an existing option label, all you'll need to do is click the little pencil icon shown under the action column.
