A "Good, Better, Best" option can boost sales on any service call. In this article, you will learn how to setup those up by creating option masks.
Go to Option Boards in the list menu.
And then Option Mask List.
Once you click into that tab, you should see a list of already existing option masks, an a button for adding new ones. Click it, and your screen should look something like this:
These are option boards already made for you to use.
To add an option mask:
If you want to add a new option board, click Add New Mask.
First, name your Option Board to help separate from other option boards you might have.
Second, give a name to the separate options you might have. You can have anywhere from two to six options per board.
After you've finished creating your option mask, you should see it on the list with the others.
To edit an option mask:
If you simply want to edit an existing option mask, all you'll need to do is click the little pencil icon shown under the action column.
