In Profit Rhino currently, we have the ability to toggle between the task price and the add-on price when adding something to a quote. If you are unfamiliar with what a cross-sell is, I recommend you check out the article on the topic.
Go ahead and log into the mobile version of Profit Rhino, and select a task that has some cross-sells attached to it. Once you're in there, your screen should look something like this.
USING THE TASK/ADD-ONE TOGGLE FOR CROSS SELLS (PART 1)
After you've clicked [Add to Quote], you should get the standard pop-up for your cross-sells. You can see common alternatives for your tasks also if any and they can be directly added to Quote as well. You can change the alternatives to an Addon as well by sliding the toggle as can be depicted in the image.
Then your should look something like this:
USING THE TASK/ADD-ON TOGGLE FOR CROSS-SELLS (PART 2)
As you can see above, by default, my cross-sells as treated as tasks. But, if I click the toggle in the top right hand corner of the box, my screen should look something like this:
USING THE TASK/ADD-ON TOGGLE FOR CROSS-SELLS (FINAL)
And there you have it, my cross-sells can now be tasks or add-ons depending on what I need for a particular job. This functionality is helpful for making sure you pricing works out exactly the way you want it to. We don't want you to overcharge, or undercharge, your customers in any situation.
