In Profit Rhino, you have the ability to edit tasks straight from the book they're in, instead of searching for them in the task section. In addition to that, you also have the ability to assign a task to multiple categories. This article will detail the process for performing both of those processes.
The first thing you'll need to do is log onto your Profit Rhino, head over to the manage book section, select a business type, a category, and a subcategory. Once you've done that, you should see this on your screen.
EDITING TASKS IN THE MANAGE BOOK SECTION
All you'll need to do is click on the blue hyperlink and you'll see a pop up window that will allow you to edit that task.
So, now that we know how to edit a task directly from the manage book section, we're going to assign this task a second category right here.
First, I'm going to click on that blue link like I said above, and then, my screen will look like this:
ASSIGNING MULTIPLE CATEGORIES TO A TASK (PART 1)
First, head over to the categories tab, once you've made it in there, click on the [Assign Category] button and you should see the pop-up button in the middle of the screen. Choose a category and a subcategory. Once that's done, hit [Save] and you should be all set.
ASSIGNING MULTIPLE CATEGORIES TO A TASK (FINAL)
And there we are, a task with multiple category assignments.
You should now be pretty familiar with the processes of editing from the manage book section and assigning multiple categories to a task. Good luck.
