When you're first starting off in Profit Rhino, you may or may not have some difficulty navigating your way through the website. More specifically, you may find it difficult to find the business type/category/subcategory that a task is assigned to. This article will briefly describe how to navigate the manage book section efficiently.
The first thing you'll want to do is log onto the Profit Rhino website and click on [Manage Book] section. After doing so, you should arrive at a screen that looks like this:
NAVIGATING THE BOOK (PART 1)
After you've made it to this screen, select the business type the task you're looking for would be in. (I.E. if it's a plumbing job, check the plumbing business type). You can also look at your active/inactive business types also by scrolling the filter marked on the image above.
After you've done that you'll get a screen that looks like this:
NAVIGATING THE BOOK (PART 2)
As you can see, the business type you're in will be denoted near the top left of the screen. If for any reason you want to switch over from a different business type from this screen, simply click on the drop down box and pick a new business type.
Assuming you're in the correct business type, you'll now need to choose which category the task you're looking for is in. (I.E. if it's a washing machine fix, check the Laundry category)
Once you've select the category you think the task you're looking for is in, you should get a screen that looks like this:
NAVIGATING THE BOOK (PART 3)
Similar to the last screen, you're business type and category are both being displayed near the top left. If, for some reason, you need to go to a different category or business type from this screen, simply click the drop down box and select a new category or business type.
The last thing you'll need to do is go ahead and pick which subcategory the task you're looking for is in.
After doing so, you should get a screen that looks like this:
NAVIGATING THE BOOK (FINAL)
And there you have it, you have a listing of all the tasks assigned to this business type/category/subcategory.
You can change what business type/category.subcategory you're looking in using the same drop down boxes as before. Good luck.
