In this article we're going to outline how to create and delete option boards. For those of us using the Profit Rhino mobile application, this will be very important in creating the custom option boards you're going to need, and maybe clearing out some of the option boards that came with your book that you don't think you'll need.
The first thing you'll need to do is log into your Profit Rhino office version and head over to the option builder tab. Once there, you should see a little blue button that says [Create New Board] click on it, and your screen should look something like this:
HOW TO CREATE A NEW OPTION BOARD
As the image above shows, there's a few things you'll need to do once you've clicked that [Create New Board] button. You'll need to choose a business type this option board will be in, assign an option mask to it (such as good, better, best), give the option board a name, and give it a description. Once you've done all that, click save and you'll have your new option board.

Now, how to remove an option board that is not required at the moment? well following section will discuss that:

As it says above, all you'll need to do is click the toggle in the Action column to Inactivate an option board which is not required or Activate it later.
